No FDA clearance is required.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA applies to 'covered entities' that store or transmit protected health information (PHI) — diagnoses, medical records, treatment histories, billing data. We don't handle any of that. Patient photos are processed in real-time via the AI image model, never stored on our servers or yours, and we collect no patient health information at any point. Because we don't handle PHI, HIPAA requirements don't apply to us or to your use of the tool.
