How It Works

1. The 15 days starts from install. Not from the day you pay the deposit. Not from the day you book the call. Not from the day you sign a contract. From the day we ship the embed snippet to your website and verify it's loading correctly. That's day zero.
2. You get 14 full days of real visitor traffic to judge whether it's working. That's the window that matters — we want you to see whether actual clients are engaging with the tool, not just whether the install looks pretty.
3. Request the refund any time during that window. Reply to the confirmation email, the install email, or any other email from us. You can also email nadi@aiclearpath.com directly with "refund please" and nothing else. We will not argue, debate, or ask you to justify the request.
4. Money back within 5 business days. We refund via the original payment method (Stripe for deposit + balance). Expect 3-5 business days for the refund to land in your bank — that's your bank's processing time, not ours.
5. The tool comes off your site. We disable the embed and remove any tracking we added. Your site returns to its pre-install state within 24 hours of the refund being processed.

What's Covered

• The full $2,497 one-time tool fee
• Any $499 refundable deposit paid before the implementation call
• Any balance invoiced after the call (e.g., the remaining $1,998 after a $499 deposit)
• The first month of optional $300/mo support if you signed up for it and cancel within the 15-day window

What's NOT Covered

In the spirit of being direct, here's what the guarantee does not cover:

• Requests made after day 15 from install. The window is 15 days. On day 16 and later, refunds are at our discretion — we may still refund in special cases (a genuine bug we couldn't fix, a billing error, a medically-required pause on your business), but we're not contractually obligated past day 15.
• Services outside the MedSpa Visualization Tool. This refund policy applies specifically to the medspa tool. Other ClearPath AI services (consulting, coaching, custom builds) have their own terms.
• Chargebacks initiated before asking us. If you dispute the charge directly with your bank/Stripe without first contacting us, we lose the ability to process a clean refund AND we pay chargeback fees. Please email us first — we will not fight legitimate refund requests.
• Third-party costs. If you paid someone else (e.g., a web developer) to help install the embed, that's between you and them. We only refund what you paid us.
