Speed-to-lead
The first business to answer usually wins.
The receptionist is not just a phone menu. It answers live calls, rescues missed calls, follows up on new web leads, books the next step, and gives your team the context to close while the customer is still ready to buy.
Calls back while they still care
Missed call, form fill, ad lead, or voicemail: the agent can reach out while the customer is still comparing options.
Answers the first ring after hours
Nights, weekends, lunch breaks, and overflow calls still get a useful response instead of voicemail.
Updates the CRM automatically
Name, number, job type, urgency, appointment, transcript, and call summary land where the team already works.
Shows what is actually happening
Track calls handled, bookings made, transfer reasons, missed-call recovery, and where the best leads come from.
Production voice stack
Use a real voice system, not browser speech.
The public demo stays cheap because the sample calls are generated once and served as static audio. Paid client installs should use a phone-agent platform plus a high-quality voice provider so calls can interrupt naturally, transfer cleanly, record safely, and sound like a front desk — not a toy.
Phone-agent layer
Use Retell, Vapi, or a similar agent platform for live phone calls, interruptions, transfers, call logs, and webhooks.
Human voice provider
Use ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Cartesia, or another high-quality voice provider instead of browser speech for launched clients.
Business rules
Consent, quiet hours, service area, emergency escalation, recording policy, and medical routing rules are configured before launch.
Clean handoff
Every call produces the callback number, reason, urgency, appointment status, summary, transcript, and next step.
Recommended build: Retell or Vapi for the phone agent, ElevenLabs/OpenAI/Cartesia for the voice, Twilio or the agent platform for phone numbers, then calendar, CRM, SMS, and email webhooks for the handoff. Keep the page demo free; spend API money only on booked demos and client deployments.
Let them hear a real call flow.
The visitor can pick an agent voice, hear a two-sided sample call, read the transcript, and see exactly what your team receives after the call.
Woman 1. Warm, natural front-desk voice.

Common questions, answered.
Is the sample call live or pre-generated?
It is a static sample generated once so visitors can hear the quality without creating per-visitor voice cost. A client launch can use ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Cartesia, Vapi, Retell, or another approved voice stack with your script, transfer rules, and call recordings for QA.
Can it call a new lead back automatically?
Yes. For missed calls, web forms, quote requests, or ads, the receptionist can respond within seconds when the caller has given the right consent. We set quiet hours, retry limits, opt-out handling, and human-transfer rules before launch.
Will callers know it is AI?
We identify it honestly when required and optimize for what callers actually care about: a fast, accurate answer. The voice is natural, interruptions work, and anything sensitive or outside its rules goes to a person.
Can it use our existing phone number?
Yes. Your carrier can forward overflow, after-hours, or every call. We can also provision a new local number for testing before changing your main line.
What happens when a caller needs a human?
You define the transfer rules. Urgent jobs, sensitive calls, VIPs, and anything outside the approved knowledge base can transfer immediately or trigger a priority callback with the transcript attached.
What is included in the 1,000 minutes?
The monthly plan includes the voice-agent usage for the first 1,000 minutes. Additional usage is billed at $0.25 per minute. Any unusual telephony or compliance requirements are confirmed before launch.
How do medical deployments work?
The public demo collects no health information. A medical deployment requires an approved call flow, minimum-necessary data collection, recording consent rules, retention controls, and appropriate vendor agreements before it handles patient calls.
Every call handled.
Every detail ready.
